I purchased this amp at Sam Ash's in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. I paid 169.00 plus tax for this little monster.

What I like about this amp is, portability. The amp fits into my old Army duffle bag. I carry it and my guitar on my back. The distortion is so outrageous, that other guitarists usually ask me, either after sound check or after my set, What is that thing your playing. The next question usually is, where can I get one. Nobody ask me what it cost. The tone no matter what guitar I use is searing. Whether I use my Les Paul, my custom Greg Haxty hollow-body, or my cheap Johnson PRS copy, this little amp just sings. I've played ballrooms, with my bass player pushing his SWR amp to the limit and my drummer beating his head off. The bass player just shakes his head and says, "it aint fair for you to move that much air with such a little package.

The only thing I don't like about this amp is, my wife likes to use my duffle bag for laundry between gigs. Sometimes I forget and pull dirty draws out with my amp.

I've been gigging with the amp for a year and a half, no problems. I've changed my tubes when it's been needed, and that's it. A forty watt amp, that takes a pounding.

Try it! buy it! It straight up rocks.
